Our Strategy of Teaching
To empower slum children through wholesome education. A wholesome education not only expands the horizon of life choices later in life, but it will also bring those kids awareness related to daily actions to be taken, to improve the overall wellbeing. This necessitates our teaching of all of the subjects mentioned here.
Our deliverance method of information to these young minds follows a pattern: Every time we teach them something, we keep them active in participation by letting them understand each basic word, number or meaning involved. Whether it's about spellings of those, real life examples or demonstration by personification, we teach them in different ways as we know there is NO perfect way to learn the things. As rightly said: If I child can't learn the way we teach, may be we should teach the way they learn!
Our goal is to make them aware of the things around them in a better way. Excellence in being innocent is an easily shown quality of kids. Teaching them is like making a clay pot, whatever you do around them, they mold themselves in that way.
Our Curriculum Lead along with volunteers decides the topics for forthcoming classes with respect to the class grades, previous topics taught, etc. We have designed course materials in creative ways and we do encourage such creative ideas to be implemented or modified according to the situational needs, while teaching kids.
